Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ilam Vilva, we believe in creating heirloom pieces you’ll cherish. To ensure your continued satisfaction, we offer the following return and exchange options:

  • Within the First Year : You may return your jewelry and select a new piece. An exchange will be processed at 55% of your original purchase value (excluding GST).
  • After One Year : Exchanges will be based on the prevailing silver rate on the date of your original purchase.

Please note: Only products in their original, unused condition with the bill and packaging are eligible. Custom or personalized orders are not applicable for exchange.


Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in the rare event that your product is received in damaged condition upon opening.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Please record a video while unboxing the parcel to assist with damage claims.


Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
  • Delivery failed after two attempts by the courier.
  • The parcel was refused by the recipient
